Cooling Towers - Commercial and Industrial

For many applications, chilled water is not required. All that is needed is an evaporative cooling tower and a pumping system to deliver 80-85°F water to cool your process equipment. This is easily achievable in low humidity climates. For larger commercial plants, we can provide evaporative towers and matching liquid tanks and pump systems. ArctiChill cooling towers are designed to be reliable, serviceable and low cost to purchase and maintain. We stock towers 20-200 tons.

Proper evaporative tower selection involves many factors including site layout, load bearing members, prevailing wind direction, wet bulb rating, distance to other components and other considerations.

ArctiChill can provide all types of cooling towers from our own economical fiberglass models, to steel cross flow, counter flow and forced draft technologies to meet individual conditions. Cooling tower systems are available with closed-loop and free-cooling options, filtration, heat trace, insulation, elevating structures and other thermal and mechanical requirements.

FIBERGLASS COOLING TOWER FEATURES
• Fan motor is weatherproofed for protection and to reduce noise.
• Housing panels and water basin are built from fiberglass reinforced plastic for rust-free operation even under harsh conditions.
• Sprinkler pipes are sturdy PVC material with closely spaced, self-clearing nozzles allowing thorough water distribution in a self-powered rotating spray covering the entire fill area.
• Round design permits maximum air intake regardless of prevailing wind direction. Intakes include wind screen to prevent debris and animals from entering the cell.
• Large capacity, durable water basin constructed from rust proof materials.

REMOTE TANKS AND PUMPS
Tower cells and chillers require some type of tank and pumping system. Tanks help stabilize a cooling system and provide positive suction head for the pumps. ArctiChill can provide steel, stainless steel and poly tanks in virtually any size. Model shown has dual pumps and enclosure.
