Industry Best ArctiChill's core business is based on solving our customers chiller and process cooling problems working with consulting engineers, OEM's, and design build contractors. These are often one-of-a-kind chiller systems, with very high-level expectations that do not stop at delivery. We support the customer's installation contractor, or we can provide one, to ensure the best possible installation. Additionally, we offer a chiller startup service where we can provide a factory authorized technician to start up and calibrate the system under load and make sure it is performing as specified. At this same time it is advantageous to train the customer's maintenance personnel to perform the routine checks and periodic inspections necessary to keep the chiller system operating at peak efficiency through our on-site training service offering. 21st Century Customer Service must include world class
